Basic Income Tax Preparation Fees: Single - $110 Head of Household/Married Separate/Widow(er) - $125 Married Jointly - $140 Fee covers Federal Form 1040, a State Main form, up to three W-2 forms and e-filing. Additional charges are assessed based on type and number of forms and schedules required for your particular income tax declaration. 1040NR Filers - $140. Fee includes Form 8843, if required, and a State main form. Additional charges for tax treaty related forms or other Federal or State forms may apply.
